Dear customers, friends, artists, partners, and suppliers,
We would like to take this opportunity to announce the closure of Rest’ô ChÔmière on December 21, but above all, to thank you. Thank you for supporting us and accompanying us during these nearly seven years of operation. These years have been punctuated by celebrations with friends, family gatherings, surprises, and unfortunately forced closures due to a health crisis that has shaken us all, as well as hot and eventful summers and Stavelot folklore. Without you, this adventure would not have been possible. We would like to say a huge THANK YOU 💚 Thank you for making this place unique and for eating, drinking, laughing, crying, dancing, chatting, and even debating here… within our walls, sometimes on multiple occasions.
When we started out, we wanted to create a space for people to meet and discover local and seasonal cuisine through a menu filled with small dishes prepared with love.
But here’s the thing… we have decided to sell our establishment and, above all, to close the restaurant. In the meantime, the hotel will remain open on weekends until the potential sale.
We will of course get back to you with news, especially when our 521st Laetare comes around! We haven’t said our last word yet and believe we can still bring excitement to this place rich in festive moments. So stay tuned for future updates!

Our Philosophy : Make it good, simple and fair
Located in the center of the city of Stavelot, between the church and St Remacle square, the team of ô ChÔmière makes it a point of honor to make each of its customers a privileged guest.
In the heart of exceptional nature, located in the Hautes Ardennes, at the foot of the Fagnes, Stavelot, capital of Laetare, will charm you with its historical heritage, its culture, its folklore, its traditions and its conviviality.
Our closest neighbors? The Spa-Francorchamps circuit, Plopsa Coo, Malmedy, Robertville lake, Spa.
We offer a warm hotel with 6 rooms, one of which is a family room. This accommodation offers you all the comfort. The hotel was built with respect for the environment. We used natural materials. To start the day off right, treat yourself to homemade jam and local products.
On the menu, creative cuisine centered on local products and homemade. Nature on the table. Culinary expertise provided by Etienne and Frédéric, surrounded by a motivated team
